Product Description

 

The machine body is integrally cast from high-quality cast iron, followed by full aging and stabilization treatment to ensure the measurement accuracy and long service life of the equipment.

The worktable is capable of automatic lifting. Regardless of the workpiece size, placement position, or distance from the indenter, it can automatically apply the test force with one click, measure the Rockwell hardness of the workpiece automatically, and return to the initial position automatically after the test is completed.

Test data can be printed via an external Bluetooth printer, and output through the RS232 port and optional USB interface.

Test results are displayed on an 8-inch touch screen, which also supports the display and setting of test scales, test force, dwell time, unit conversion, etc. It can display 10 groups of measurement data simultaneously with automatic data analysis.

It covers the full range of Rockwell scales and can automatically perform hardness measurements across 30 types of Rockwell scales.

It features a hardness value curve display function for intuitive visualization of hardness value changes. The built-in database can automatically record parameters such as test scale, test force, hardness value, and temperature.
