HBML-3000C small door electronic Brucell hardness meter adopts advanced design concept, electromechanical aspects adopt the advanced technology in the field of hardness meter, accurate test results, strong value repeatability, high degree of automation, low labor intensity, small human error, beautiful appearance, is one of the advanced Brucell hardness meter in China.
This hardness meter can be used to determine cast iron, non-ferrous metals, annealing, conditioning and most of the supplied steel supply. At the same time, it is suitable for testing soft metals such as pure aluminum, copper, lead, tin, zinc and their alloys. Brinell hardness has high measurement accuracy, good recovery and representativeness. It is an indispensable hardness measurement instrument for mechanical metallurgy and measurement department.

The test mechanism adopts high precision spoke pressure sensor, and the loading device has built-in pressure sensor of 5 ‰. The test force value is accurate, stable and reliable, and has the function of automatic compensation of test force.
Using the independently developed portal electronic Brinell hardness meter special CNC system, fast running speed, the full closed-loop gradient from fast to slow applied test force, to ensure that the test force applied smooth without impact;
