YHV(S)-5/10/30/50(A)ET Touch Screen (Digital Display) (Automatic Rotary Table) Vickers Hardness Tester - Electric Loading, features an 8-inch touch screen and a high-speed ARM processor for intuitive display, user-friendly interaction, and simple operation. With fast computing speed, vast database storage, automatic data correction, and provides data line chart reports.
Product Introduction
1. The body is cast in high-quality cast iron in a single molding process, complemented by automotive paint treatment, resulting in a sleek and attractive appearance.
2. Equipped with an automatic rotary table function, high-resolution measurement and observation lenses, combined with a high-definition digital micrometer with built-in length encoders, enabling one-touch measurement of the diagonal of the indentation, eliminating human interference and reading errors.
3. Convenient operating system capable of automatically converting between different hardness scales.
4. It allows setting the maximum and minimum hardness values, emitting an alarm when the test value exceeds the set range.
5. Features software hardness value correction, allowing direct correction of hardness values within a certain range.
6. Includes database functionality that automatically saves test data in groups, with each group able to save more than 10 data points, totaling over 2000 saved data points.
7. Capable of displaying hardness value curves, providing visual representation of hardness value changes.
8. Optional CCD image processing system available.
9. Equipped with wireless Bluetooth printer and can output data via RS232, USB (optional) interfaces.
10. Accuracy compliant with GB/T4340.2, ISO 6507-2, and ASTM E92 standards.
