It conveniently sets maximum and minimum hardness thresholds, alerting users with a beep if test values fall outside the defined range. Beyond automatic measurement capabilities, this advanced tester provides three specialized manual measurement types: four-side measurement, diagonal measurement, and four-point measurement, offering users the freedom to select any order for the four points, thus ensuring the utmost in measurement flexibility and precision.
Our cutting-edge measurement apparatus supports three uniquely designed indentation mark forms: 'rectangular box,' 'red cross,' and 'circular.' The device offers a magnifying glass function during manual measurement, ensuring seamless identification of the indentation's vertex position. For swift and efficient measurement operations, it boasts exclusive keyboard shortcuts to promptly move selected vertices. With its remarkable ability to provide pixel and physical distance measurements of the indentation diagonal, it also dynamically calculates the HV/HK values based on the current load, delivering real-time results. Equipped to support a range of video capture devices, it seamlessly integrates with digital cameras having resolutions of 1.3 million and 5 million pixels, with the 5 million pixels being our standard. This setup allows for the vivid display of indentation videos on a computer, where images can be effortlessly captured and stored. Stay informed with real-time updates on the hardness tester's status, including the current indenter/objective, holding time, and applied load size, enhancing operational precision. The apparatus enables manual measurement of distances between two points, with the convenience of showcasing multiple distance groups on video or image displays simultaneously. It smartly selects optimal calibration factors tailored for varying resolutions, objectives, and loads. All test point information can be uniquely identified or customized based on specific needs, appearing in the test value sequence list and indentation diagram for easy retrieval, a crucial feature for thorough analysis and processing. Following GB, DIN, ISO, ASTM, and other renowned hardness conversion standards, it facilitates seamless conversion between various hardness values, including Vickers HV, Knoop HK, Rockwell HRC, HRA, HRB, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK, surface Rockwell HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, Brinell HBS, and Brinell HBW. For hardened layer path sequence measurements, it offers flexible initialization settings modes that automatically preserve and import previous path sequences. Measurement paths can be saved for future reference, with path sequence results instantly generating corresponding hardened layer depth values and hardness change curve charts. Select from various analysis modes for measurement data, with all results being effortlessly included in detailed graphic reports. Tailor report content and formats as per your needs, and automatically generate Word and Excel documents. Control access with password and management authority settings, restricting ordinary operators to perform hardness measurements per preset settings. The built-in standard hardness value conversion tools can seamlessly convert measured hardness values per tables and include them in the result table. Our software is available in both Chinese and English versions for added convenience.
