Product Introduction
1.Equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen and high-speed ARM processor, providing intuitive display, user-friendly interaction, and easy operation. It offers fast computing speeds, extensive database storage, automatic data correction, and provides data trend line reports.
2.The worktable can automatically lift, load, and measure the Rockwell hardness of workpieces regardless of their size or position in relation to the indenter.
3.Electronically closed-loop controls for applying test force fully automate the process of force loading, dwelling, and unloading.
4.Includes a temperature measurement function with digital temperature measurement circuits for stable and reliable long-term operation.
5.Allows setting of maximum and minimum hardness values; emits an alarm when the test value exceeds the set range.
6.Features software hardness value correction within a certain range.
7.Offers database functionality for automatic grouping and storage of test data, with each group capable of storing 10 sets of data, accommodating over 2000 sets of data.
8.Can automatically convert between different hardness scale units.
