MP-3S automatic grinding machine is a double-disk desktop machine, which is a new generation of international advanced technology manufacturing high precision, automatic grinding and polishing equipment according to international standards.

This machine adopts advanced microprocessor control system, which makes the speed of grinding plate and grinding head stepless adjustable, and the sample preparation pressure and time setting intuitive and convenient. The operator only needs to replace the grinding plate or sandpaper and fabric to complete the operation of grinding and throwing process, so that the machine shows a more extensive application. This machine has the rotation direction, the plate can be replaced quickly; multi-sample gripper and pneumatic single point loading, automatic distribution, smooth rotation, reliability, low noise and the rigidity of casting aluminum base.

This machine has water cooling device and grinding scour nozzle, which can cool the sample during grinding, to prevent the metallographic structure and drain at any time; with abs shell and stainless steel standard parts, more beautiful and generous in appearance, and improve the anti-corrosion and rust performance and easy to clean.
