It operates at high calculation speeds, offers extensive database storage, automatic data correction, and provides data trend line reports.

1. The body is crafted from high-quality cast iron, single-cast, and treated with automotive paint for an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. Convenient control system enabling automatic unit conversion across all hardness scales.
3. The test force is applied using weights, fully achieving automated loading, holding, and unloading operations.
4. It allows for setting the maximum and minimum hardness values. When the test value exceeds the set range, it emits an alarm sound.
5. Features software hardness value correction, enabling direct correction of hardness values within a certain range.
6. Incorporates a database function, automatically grouping and saving test data; each group can store over 10 sets of data, allowing for storage of over 2000 data points.
7. Provides hardness value curve display functionality, visually showing hardness value changes.
8. Equipped with a printer and supports data output through RS232 and USB (optional) interfaces.
9. Optional accessories include CCD image processing systems or video measurement devices.
10. Accuracy compliant with GB/T231.2, ISO6506-2, and ASTM E10 standards.
