HV(S)-5/10/30/50(A) (Digital) (Automatic Turret) Vickers Hardness Tester employs a unique precision design in the mechanical, optical, and light source aspects, resulting in clearer indentation imaging and more precise measurements. It features a color LCD display screen, high-speed 32-bit microprocessor control system, fully realizing human-machine dialogue and automated operation. With high testing precision, simple operation, high sensitivity, and ease of use, it offers stable readings and fully achieves automatic application, holding, unloading of test force, and direct display of hardness values.

 

Product Introduction

1.The body of the product is cast in one piece through casting technology and has undergone prolonged aging treatment. Compared to splicing technology, long-term use results in less deformation, making it adaptable to various harsh environments.

2. The automotive paint is of high quality with strong scratch resistance, maintaining a bright appearance for many years.

3. The optical system designed by optical engineers provides clear imaging and can be used as a simple microscope, featuring adjustable brightness for comfortable, fatigue-resistant long-term operation.

4. Equipped with an automatic turret, allowing operators to easily switch between high and low magnification objectives for sample observation and measurement, avoiding damage to optical objectives, indenters, and test force systems due to habitual manual operations.

5. Utilizes high-resolution measuring and observing objectives combined with a built-in length encoder high-definition digital measuring eyepiece, enabling one-touch measurement of the diagonal length of the indentation, eliminating manual input errors and inconveniences during reading processes.

6. Optional CCD image processing system and video measuring device.

7. Configured with Bluetooth module, Bluetooth printer, and optional Bluetooth PC receiver for wireless printing and data transmission, along with data output via RS232, USB (optional) interfaces.

8. Accuracy complies with GB/T4340.2 ISO6507-2 and ASTM E92 standards.
