This grinding machine is suitable for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing of metallographic specimens. It is an essential device for users to make metallographic samples. This machine has a cooling device to cool the specimen during pregrinding to prevent damage to the specimen from overheating. The left plate of the machine is grinding plate, the right disc is throwing disc, can be two people at the same time, easy to use, stable and reliable.

The left plate of the machine is the pregrinding plate, and the right plate is the cast disc. During pre-grinding, the cooling water is continuously injected into the rotating millplate through the rotary water nozzle, and the sandpaper can be pressed close to the millplate under atmospheric pressure without bonding or pinching the sandpaper. When polishing, the polishing fabric can be spread on the throw disc, and then buckle the fabric, and then polishing, fabric and throw CD can be timely and convenient replacement.
