Product Overview
The PZVHBS-3000T Advanced Vision Fully Automatic Brinell Hardness Tester is equipped with a built-in touchscreen and a microcomputer, making parameter setting and result display more intuitive and operation more convenient. This design avoids the eye irritation and visual fatigue caused by the microscope's light source, reducing measurement errors. After selecting the appropriate scale, the hardness tester will automatically select the indenter and objective lens, with the platform rising automatically. After applying the test force, it automatically returns to the focal plane, displaying the indentation clearly and measuring it automatically, achieving full automation of Brinell hardness measurement.
Product Introduction
1. The machine body is cast in high-quality cast iron in a single molding process, complemented by automotive paint processing, ensuring a sleek and attractive appearance.
2. One-button operation, fully automatic measurement.
3. Equipped with three ball indenters and two sets of objective lenses, eliminating the hassle of frequent indenter changes when measuring different samples. The optical structure is tight, with high magnification, providing a very clear surface for observation.
4. The automatic lifting platform employs a precise structure, ensuring high stability. It rises automatically at the beginning of the measurement, then returns to the focal plane after applying the test force, enabling direct measurement and achieving one-touch automation.
5. Integrated with a CCD image automatic measurement system, touch screen operation display, and the ability to preset test force holding time, display measurement indentation length, hardness value, hardness measurement range, measurement times, and more.
6. Hardness test results can be generated in WORD or EXCEL reports, directly saved or printed using an external printer, facilitating future user reference and research.
7. Features software hardness value correction, allowing direct correction of the hardness value within a specific range.
8. Capable of automatic unit conversion for the entire hardness scale.
9. Implements electronic closed-loop control for applying test force, fully automating loading, dwelling, and unloading.
10. Accuracy compliant with GB/T 231.2, ISO 6506-2, and ASTM E10 standards.
