Product Introduction
1. Adopts an 8-inch touch screen and high-speed ARM processor, providing intuitive display, user-friendly interaction, and easy operation. It offers fast computing speed, extensive database storage, automatic data correction, and provides data line charts.
2. Regardless of the size and position of the workpiece or the distance from the indenter, the workbench can automatically ascend, descend, load, and measure the Rockwell hardness of the workpiece.
3. Electronically closed-loop control applies the test force, fully realizing the automatic operation of force loading, holding, and unloading.
4. Equipped with temperature measurement function, featuring a digital temperature measurement circuit for stable and reliable long-term operation.
5. Maximum and minimum hardness value settings, triggering an alarm when the test value exceeds the set range.
6. Software-based hardness value correction within a certain range.
7. Incorporates database functionality for automatic grouping and storage of test data, capable of saving over 2000 data points with 10 data points per group.
8. Automatically converts units for all hardness scales.
9. Configured with a wireless Bluetooth printer and data output via RS232, USB (optional) interface ports.
10. Accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18 standards.
Application Range
1. Used for determining the Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials.
2. Mainly employed for measuring the Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as hard alloys, carburized steel, quenched steel, surface-quenched steel, hardened cast steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, forgings, mild steel, quenched and tempered steel, annealed steel, and bearings among other materials.
