ZXQ-3Y automatic inlay machine is an advanced dual-station hydraulic water-cooled automatic sample inlay equipment, which can inlay 4 samples at one time, greatly improving the efficiency of sample preparation. The unique cold and heat separation design reduces the sample inlay time to less than 6 minutes, which greatly improves the work efficiency. The inlay process is controlled by the automatic program, realizing the one-key operation of heating, pressure, pressure retention, cooling and pressure discharge, without the operator on duty. The machine adopts the independently developed low noise hydraulic station pressure, pressure protection, the inlaid sample surface is bright as a mirror, the sample preparation success rate is high. Hd touch screen display and control, real-time display temperature and system status, inlay scheme can be saved, easy to transfer; equipped with forced water cooling system, sample preparation speed, using unique design of rotating lock cover, higher security, more convenient operation, stable performance, is the ideal equipment for sample inlay.
