Product Overview
The VHVS-1000Z Visual Direct-Reading Vickers Hardness Tester features an industrial control integrated operating system in its main unit. The computer controls the main unit of the hardness tester to complete all operations. The test images and results are directly displayed on the computer screen, making parameter settings and result displays more intuitive and operations more convenient. It also avoids the irritation to the eyes caused by the light source of the microscope, thus reducing visual fatigue. The automatic measurement function of the software reduces measurement errors.
Product Introduction
1.The fuselage is cast in one piece with high-quality cast iron and processed with automotive baking paint technology, presenting a smooth and beautiful appearance.
2.Highlight configurations: There are two operation modes and a dual optical path system. Based on the operation with an industrial control integrated computer, the equipment also retains the traditional touch screen and micrometer operation and measurement modes, providing more operation and calibration options for users.
3.The industrial control integrated computer can directly perform functions such as adjusting the turret magnification, screen brightness, displaying indentation videos, capturing and storing images, data analysis, and exporting reports.
4.Besides automatic measurement, there are three manual measurement methods: four-side measurement, diagonal measurement, and four-point measurement (the selection order of the four vertices can be arbitrary).
5.There are two types of calibration: optical calibration and (manual/automatic) hardness block calibration. The hardness blocks support multiple averaging, calibration with any number of standard blocks, and segmented calibration for optimal measurement. When different resolutions, objectives, and loads are used, the software will automatically select the best calibration coefficient.
6.Provide the pixel distance and physical distance of the indentation diagonal, and calculate the HV/HK values under the current load in real time.
7.It can display and update the current status of the hardness tester in real time: current indenter/objective, holding time, loading force magnitude, etc.
8.The distance between two points can be measured manually; multiple sets of distances can also be displayed on the video or image simultaneously.
9.Information of all test points can be marked individually or according to customer requirements. The test point identification information will be shown in the test value sequence list and the indentation diagram for easy query. This function is very important for subsequent analysis and processing.
10.Referring to hardness conversion standards such as GB, DIN, ISO, and ASTM, mutual conversions among hardness values can be achieved, including Vickers HV, Knoop HK; Rockwell: HRC, HRA, HRB, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK; superficial Rockwell: HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T; Brinell HBS, Brinell HBW.
11.When measuring the hardened layer path sequence, there are multiple flexible initialization setting modes, and the previous path sequence can be automatically saved and imported; the measurement path can also be saved separately for reloading.
12.The measurement results of the path sequence will automatically generate corresponding hardened layer depth values and hardness change curves.
13.The measurement data can be selected from multiple analysis modes; all results can be included in graphic reports. The content and format of the reports can be set flexibly, and word and excel documents can be automatically generated.
14.Passwords and management rights can be set: ordinary operators can only measure hardness according to the pre-set settings.
15.The software is available in Chinese or English versions.
16.The accuracy complies with GB/T4340.2, ISO6507-2, and ASTM E384.
