Product Introduction
The ZHRSJ-150B fully automatic large-sized digital Rockwell Hardness Tester features an 8-inch touchscreen and a high-speed ARM processor, providing intuitive display, user-friendly human-machine interaction, and simple operation. It offers fast computation speed, extensive database storage, automatic data correction, and generates data trend line reports.
Regardless of the size of the workpiece or its positioning relative to the indenter, the workbench can automatically ascend, load, and measure the Rockwell hardness of the workpiece. The large workbench measures 730*500mm (customizable), offering stable testing for large workpieces. Its dual-axis linkage synchronous lifting structure ensures smooth elevation.
Equipped with temperature measurement functionality, the digital temperature measurement circuit ensures long-term stability and reliability during operation. It allows for the setting of maximum and minimum hardness values, emitting an alarm when the test value exceeds the preset range.
This tester includes software-based hardness value correction, enabling direct adjustment of hardness values within a certain range. It also facilitates automatic unit conversion across the entire hardness scale.
The device is outfitted with a wireless Bluetooth printer and supports data output through RS232 and USB (optional) ports. Its accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, ISO 6508-2, and ASTM E18 standards.
