Product Overview

The touch screen digital rockwell hardness tester utilizes an 8-inch touch screen and a high-speed arm processor, providing an intuitive display, user-friendly human-machine interaction, and easy operation. It boasts fast computing speed, extensive database storage, automatic data correction, and provides data trend line charts.

Product Introduction

 

1.The machine body uses high-quality cast iron for a single casting, complemented by car paint treatment to achieve a round and beautiful appearance.

2.Equipped with an automatic load alteration system, it can achieve one-touch load alteration, fundamentally solving the problem of abnormal testing caused by users selecting incorrect force values, making it convenient for users and eliminating operational hazards.

3.Built-in initial test force protection device ensures precise control of the initial test force, preventing operational errors when the user rotates the screw handwheel, and the workpiece head approaches the correct height.

4.With temperature measurement function, digital temperature measurement circuit ensures long-term stable and reliable operation.

5.Maximum and minimum hardness values can be set, and an alarm sounds if the test value exceeds the set range.

6.It features software hardness value correction within a certain range directly.

7.The unit has a database function that automatically groups and saves test data, with each group capable of storing more than 10 sets of data, totaling over 2000 sets of data.

8.It displays the hardness value curve, visually demonstrating the changes in hardness values.

9.The database automatically records parameters such as scale, test force, hardness value, and temperature.

10.The system automatically calculates the maximum value, minimum value, average value, and standard deviation for the hardness values of each group.
