Laishi Company is principally engaged in the R & D and manufacturing of a diverse range of bench hardness testers, large gantry production line hardness testers, and metallographic sample preparation apparatuses.

The factory was founded in 2011. After over a decade of technological accretion and team cultivation, we currently possess a production workshop spanning an area of more than 10, 000 square meters, five factory zones with distinct functions, and in excess of 80 professional technical engineers. In the realm of hardness tester manufacturing, we have independently mastered the entire production sequence, with the exception of casting, incorporating crucial procedures such as product R & D, function customization, appearance customization, precision machining of components, component assembly, whole machine quality inspection, logistics and transportation, and after-sales service.

It is noteworthy that all our key components are precisely processed with high accuracy using our in-house CNC machining equipment. All the assembly procedures and quality inspection processes are administered in accordance with standards surpassing ISO 9000 (for instance, in terms of error control, we stipulate an error that is 5· 0% of the allowable error in international standards), thereby endowing our product quality with remarkable stability. In comparison with the products of our counterparts, our equipment exhibits a longer service life and enhanced stability. I firmly believe that stability is of paramount significance for testing instruments.

In terms of production capacity, our annual output amounts to approximately more than 7, 000 units of various types of hardness testers and over 2, 000 units of metallographic sample preparation apparatuses. Our production capacity has already ranked among the top three in China and still holds the potential for further augmentation. Currently, 80% of the market share is within the domestic Chinese market, and 20% of the production capacity is allocated for export. In the future, we plan to substantially augment the share of international exports.

In China, our products find extensive application in pivotal fields such as aerospace, shipbuilding, and serve thousands of scientific research institutes, universities, as well as enterprises in sectors like transportation, construction, steel, mining, and exploration.

Simultaneously, we also furnish OEM and private label services for numerous domestic exporters and international traders. We have obtained international certifications such as ISO 9000 and CE to meet the requirements of international export standards.

As a factory, we possess the capabilities of flexible and rapid customized development and stable logistics and transportation. The regions to which we have already exported include Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. In accordance with the customized demands of customers, we can modify our product design within three days to meet the diverse technical specifications of different countries.

Our latest R & D project is the super-large online hardness tester, which can be integrated into the customer′s production line, considerably enhancing the ultimate capabilities of the hardness tester. For example, it can bear workpieces weighing dozens of tons, or measure the hardness of dozens of small and medium-sized workpieces within one minute. We possess abundant experience in the manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of large hardness testers.
